It is u/v ink on clear Matte Finish, will last a long time even outdoors. Very scratch resistant. Just peel and stick. They are permanent and NOT repositionable. Please Blow up the Image and you will see the cut lines on the graphics. Please see and note that some of decals have a slight CLEAR outline cut around them so they are easier to handle. These are die-cut to shape and you just use a tweezer or utility knife to peel and use as you need them.
